This oxy pilot is used on remote and is where the spark goes to light the pilot flame before cross lighting to the burner. This is also a safety device as if the pilot flame is extinguished it will shut down the valve to stop the flow of the gas. Due to this being a gas carrying item you will not be able to order this unless you are a gas safe engineer.
